ok, i'll say about med/low novice
the anim was smooth, your main problems are stiffness & easing
easing helps stiffness if you use ii in a certain way
but mostly just move every joint every frame (even in the slightest way), and that will take care of that stiffness

you need some work on physics, easing and stiffness. for now I shall say med novice. keep moving every joint in every frame k? P_/-L

I agree with PSL. I would work on physics first then move on to easing and getting rid of stiffness.
