ok, i'll say about med/low novice the anim was smooth, your main problems are stiffness & easing easing helps stiffness if you use ii in a certain way but mostly just move every joint every frame (even in the slightest way), and that will take care of that stiffness

I agree with PSL. I would work on physics first then move on to easing and getting rid of stiffness.
