well... here is my advice on pivot
first, i'll start off with anim theft...
if you don't want your anims stolen then...
don't post the piv (people can still steal your anims in gif. form)
put your name/sig in every animation that you make
do both of the above
don't steal animations...
it makes you seem pathetic
most people will not respect you
next, is... being ranked, etc.
when people rank you...
if they say something was too fast or slow, it is in their own opinion of the animation (therefore don't pay close attention to that)
if they say that something looks wierd, guess what? its their own opinion (once again, don't pay close attention to those)
if they say your animation is awesome, its an opinion
if they say your anim sucks, its their opinion
if they say something was bad, its their opinion
now lets show what you should pay attention to...
if they say that your physics are off, unless its your style, you should pay attention to that
if they say that one certain part of an animation is stiff, you should pay attention to that (unless you made it stiff on purpose)
if they say you need to work on easing or spacing, pay attention to that (unless your easing/spacing style is different)
